Is it safe to sign in with X?
Yes. We use official X OAuth. Your password never touches our servers. We request read-only access to your followers. We never request permission to post on your behalf.
What data do you keep?
A snapshot of your follower list (public profile data like name, handle, bio, follower counts, location, profile picture). We don't pull your DMs, your private likes, or anything outside your public follower list. Data is stored encrypted in Supabase Postgres.
Will you post on my behalf?
No. We don't request posting permissions from X by default, and we have no way to post even if we wanted to. For the DM feature, AI drafts each message and you approve every single one — sending requires you to authorize SocialCrank to send DMs from your X account, and you can revoke that anytime in your X settings.
How accurate is the follower data?
We pull from X's public follower list at sync time. Accuracy is whatever X exposes, typically very high for accounts under 1M followers, with some natural drift for the very largest accounts. Each snapshot is dated so you know when it ran.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from /settings in one click. Subscription stops at the end of the current billing period; no refunds for partial months but no further charges either.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Any view in the dashboard exports to CSV.
When does Instagram / TikTok launch?
